The self-check-in was a little tricky as it didn't always work smoothly, but the location is perfect for those looking to explore nearby attractions like the Basilica of Saint-Quentin and the Parc d'Isle. One highlight of my stay was the staff member named Carole, who provided exceptional help after my daughter lost her teddy bear during our visit. Her efforts to ensure the bear was found and returned home made our experience that much better.

The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke!!! The limited parking space is quite inconvenient during busy periods. Clarity in self-check-in directions could greatly enhance the experience after a long journey!!!

The room was clean and pretty comfy, with a large bed that felt great after a long day. I liked the bathroom too. the shower was super refreshing.
